1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trend Iris ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use Trend Iris only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at trendiris.team@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current period.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create using Trend Iris. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Trend Iris platform, branding, and underlying technology.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Trend Iris is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all audiences. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to use or distribute.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Iris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at trendiris.team@gmail.com.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
