1. Our Commitment

Trend Iris respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content on Trend Iris infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to trendiris.team@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include the following:

  • Your full name and contact information (email, phone number)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or specific location of the infringing content on Trend Iris
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

3. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to trendiris.team@gmail.com including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines
  • Your electronic or physical signature

5. False Claims

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting a legal professional before filing a notice.
